The marketplace is completely unpredictable for the last few months, and the new updates that Amazon is making are creating a mess for sellers instead of resolving issues. This is creating frustration and stress among sellers, and we have identified a few of them for you!

For sellers on Amazon, account suspension is a very big risk for business and reputation, and the whole experience is highly stressful. In recent months, Amazon is suspending accounts like never before, just like someone cleaning the house rigorously. Many of the sellers who are experiencing account suspension issues can’t even find a solid reason why Amazon is doing this.

This is worse. Generally, the seller is out of there. The appeal has failed more than once, and Amazon will no longer read your emails.

Hard-earned money of sellers is stuck!!

Troubles these days are not only limited to account suspension and working on getting the account up and running! Hundreds off thousands of dollars are stuck, it’s hard-earned money of sellers that has been pending due to Amazon’s useless actions, now sellers are experiencing stress that is through the roof, they need their money and they are working restlessly to get it in their accounts.

A glitch in the buy box!

Since the beginning of July month, sellers are complaining about the glitch in the buy box, and this, in turn, is resulting in a huge drop in sales. The majority of buy boxes on FBA items were lost (even if the item is the lowest price). Yes, the buy box isn’t based solely on the lowest price, but it isn’t a coincidence that the all buy box that were previously held then shifted away from multiple sellers all at the same time on all different items.

In addition to this, the “buy box wins” widget has changed from a number percentage to a dash. When the buy box was held on all the items, it would always how a number percentage.

Despite all these issues, there’s a possible threat that’s on its way and will strike on September, 1st!

Amazon is coming up with an update in which the eCommerce giant will release your name, address, telephone number, and email address on every listing on your storefront. If you have thousands or tens of thousands of consumers and they know where you live, you need to think about it, you need to be concerned about your safety your family’s safety.

Such a step seems to increase worries about your personal safety, the safety of your family and your team, commercial establishment safety, and a lot more. Commercial spaces need adequate security when selling to tens of thousands of consumers.

Consumers have never been able to identify the amazon seller with the ease that we expect to occur on September, 1st. Working from home, you need to think if you want to continue using your home address on your account!

The dashboard!

We expect a mature eCommerce marketplace to update its dashboard with more features or changing the layout in a way that simplifies product listing and other tasks associated with selling a product online. But, when we talk about Amazon’s recently changed dashboard, it’s no less than a puzzle to solve!

The year 2020 has already hit his hard; we are all waiting for this year to end. And, in such difficult circumstances, these actions taken by Amazon are making the bad conditions even worse. Why do the sellers need to suffer? How is Amazon planning to resolve things? Or is it going to get worse beyond imaginations? There are a lot of unresolved questions at this point in time, all we can do is cross our fingers and hope for the best!
